Bubble Wrap Ocean and Hand Print Fish
To finish up our Under the Sea theme we made these paintings.
Its always fun to use different tools while creating art and this time we used some bubble wrap with blue, green and white paint to create a water backdrop. Making hand prints is also fun and the end product usually makes a great gift.
Start by putting blobs of each colour onto a pie plate and gently swirl them, then have the children dip the bubble wrap into the paint and stamp onto the paper. After the ‘water’ is dry have them make a hand print of desired colour on top and touch up with a sharpie (add eyes, teeth etc.)
Painting is such a fun sensory experience, have fun!!
