We have been getting ready for Canada Day and our first activity is the Canada Day Popsicle.
- raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- orange juice
- plain yoghurt
blend about 2 cups of raspberries with 1/4cup orange juice, fill your popsicle molds about half way and then freeze for a few hours
next blend 2 bananas with 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt and a good squeeze of honey (more or less depending on your tastes)
add the banana blend to the rest of the posicle mold, I filled mine too full with the raspberry and so I couldn’t insert the sticks (just use a knife to push into the frozen section to make space for the stick)
Delicious and nutritious, perfect for a Canada Day celebration, enjoy!!
